“I am excited to leverage my 15+ years in the lending industry with our members and the communities we serve.”

Erik has nearly two decades of experience in the credit union and banking industry. After earning degrees in Finance and Accounting from Millikin University and Illinois State University, respectively, Erik embarked on a career in commercial lending.

In 2019, Erik joined Reach Business Lenders, LLC (RBL), inheriting an existing loan portfolio while originating over $90 million in new loans. He also played a pivotal role in revising RBL's loan policy and assisted credit unions in refining their member business loan programs. Notably, Erik closed $46 million in new loans at RBL, including financing a multifamily project and transforming a historic Milwaukee building into a boutique hotel.

Beyond work, Erik actively contributes to his community and enjoys outdoor adventures with his family.
